Terms of Service

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to accept these terms. If you do not agree to the general terms, do not use our services.

If you accept the general terms but do not agree to any service-specific terms, do not use the relevant service.

You may accept this Agreement by checking a checkbox, clicking a button that confirms acceptance, or by using the services.

OryxBlue provides cloud-based HR software and applications, including related offline and mobile applications.

You may use the services for personal use or for business purposes within the organization that you represent. You may access the services using any supported internet browser.

You are responsible for obtaining internet access and the equipment needed to use the services. You may create, edit, publish, and share content using your user account where the service allows it.

We may offer certain services as open or closed beta services for testing and evaluation.

OryxBlue has sole discretion to determine the duration of any beta service and whether it will become a commercial offering.

You are not required to subscribe to a paid service after using a beta service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any beta service at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable for any resulting impact.

If you register for a free trial, OryxBlue will provide the applicable services free of charge until the earliest of the trial end date, the start of a paid subscription, or termination at OryxBlue's sole discretion.

Any data entered during the trial may be lost unless you purchase a paid subscription, purchase upgrades, or export your data before the trial ends.

Trial services are provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties, support commitments, or liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You must create a user account and provide all required information to access the services. If you represent an organization, we recommend using corporate contact details.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

If you provide false or incomplete information, or if OryxBlue reasonably believes the information is untrue, we may terminate your account and restrict access.

You may not use the services to transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise prohibited content.

This includes spam, chain letters, phishing, and unsolicited communications. If we believe you are using the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, we may terminate your access.

Services are available under subscription plans. Payments for subscriptions shorter than one year must be made by credit card.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you notify us at least seven days before renewal. If you do not want to renew, please inform us in advance to avoid charges.

You may designate one or more administrators for your organization account. Administrators can manage user access and configure the services.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and ensuring that all activity under your account complies with this Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your account in cases of suspected illegal activity, prolonged inactivity, or at the request of law enforcement.

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us. Termination may result in loss of access to the services and deletion of your data.

We may modify this Agreement at any time by providing notice through a service announcement or email. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may terminate your account.
